By creating an account or using NaturalHeal AI you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Wellness information, not medical care
The app gives general wellness, diet, yoga and fitness guidance, including AI-generated suggestions. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor. Do not stop or change any medicine because of the app. In an emergency call 112 / 108 or go to the nearest hospital. AI answers can be wrong; use your judgement.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the details you enter, including details of family members you add with their permission.
3. Your account
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- post false blood requests, fake stories, abusive, hateful or illegal content;
- misuse a donor's or requester's contact number, ask for money for blood, or sell blood;
- create fake accounts or misuse referrals and points;
- try to break, overload or get around the app's security or limits.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Blood donation help
We only help people find each other. We do not check donors, blood, hospitals or requests, and we are not responsible for any donation. Blood must be donated only at a licensed blood bank or hospital. Never pay or accept money for blood.
6. Premium, payments and points
Premium features and prices are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Healing Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn if they are misused. Refund requests are handled as required by Indian consumer law; write to us.
7. Ownership — no copying
The app, its design, text, translations, illustrations, plans, source code and data are owned by NaturalHeal AI and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved. You may use the app only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or build a similar or competing app or service from any part of it without our written permission.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of stories you post. By posting, you allow us to show them in the app community. You can delete them at any time.
9. Limits of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any health outcome, loss or damage arising from use of the app or its suggestions.
10. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time from the bottom of the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.

उपयोग की शर्तें (हिंदी)
NaturalHeal AI पर अकाउंट बनाकर या इसे इस्तेमाल करके आप इन शर्तों और हमारी प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी से सहमत होते हैं।
1. वेलनेस जानकारी, इलाज नहीं
ऐप सामान्य वेलनेस, डाइट, योग और फ़िटनेस की सलाह देता है, AI सुझाव भी। यह जाँच, दवा का पर्चा या इलाज नहीं है और डॉक्टर की जगह नहीं लेता। ऐप की वजह से कोई दवा बंद या बदलें नहीं। इमरजेंसी में 112 / 108 पर कॉल करें या पास के अस्पताल जाएँ। AI के जवाब ग़लत भी हो सकते हैं; अपनी समझ से काम लें।
2. कौन इस्तेमाल कर सकता है
आपकी उम्र 18 साल या ज़्यादा होनी चाहिए। आप जो जानकारी डालते हैं, और परिवार के जिन सदस्यों को उनकी अनुमति से जोड़ते हैं, उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
3. आपका अकाउंट
अपना पासवर्ड गुप्त रखें। आपके अकाउंट पर होने वाली हर गतिविधि आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है। किसी और ने इस्तेमाल किया हो तो तुरंत बताएँ।
4. सही इस्तेमाल
आप ये नहीं करेंगे:
- झूठी खून की रिक्वेस्ट, नकली कहानी, गाली-गलौज, नफ़रत या ग़ैर-कानूनी बातें डालना;
- डोनर या ज़रूरतमंद के नंबर का ग़लत इस्तेमाल, खून के बदले पैसे माँगना या खून बेचना;
- नकली अकाउंट बनाना या रेफ़रल और पॉइंट्स का ग़लत फ़ायदा उठाना;
- ऐप की सुरक्षा या सीमाओं को तोड़ने या बायपास करने की कोशिश।
नियम तोड़ने पर हम कंटेंट हटा सकते हैं और अकाउंट रोक या बंद कर सकते हैं।
5. रक्तदान सहायता
हम सिर्फ़ लोगों को एक-दूसरे तक पहुँचाने में मदद करते हैं। हम डोनर, खून, अस्पताल या रिक्वेस्ट की जाँच नहीं करते और किसी दान की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेते। खून सिर्फ़ लाइसेंस वाले ब्लड बैंक या अस्पताल में दें। खून के लिए कभी पैसे न दें, न लें।
6. प्रीमियम, पेमेंट और पॉइंट्स
प्रीमियम फ़ीचर और दाम पेमेंट से पहले ऐप में दिखते हैं। पेमेंट हमारे पेमेंट पार्टनर करते हैं। हीलिंग पॉइंट्स का कोई नकद मूल्य नहीं है, ये ट्रांसफ़र नहीं होते, और ग़लत इस्तेमाल पर बदले या हटाए जा सकते हैं। रिफ़ंड की माँग भारतीय उपभोक्ता कानून के अनुसार देखी जाती है; हमें लिखें।
7. मालिकाना हक़ — कॉपी करना मना है
ऐप, उसका डिज़ाइन, लिखावट, अनुवाद, चित्र, प्लान, सोर्स कोड और डेटा NaturalHeal AI के हैं और कॉपीराइट व अन्य कानूनों से सुरक्षित हैं। सर्वाधिकार सुरक्षित। आप ऐप सिर्फ़ अपने निजी, बिना व्यापार वाले इस्तेमाल के लिए चला सकते हैं। हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना इसका कोई भी हिस्सा कॉपी करना, दोबारा छापना, किसी और साइट में दिखाना, डेटा खींचना (scrape), कोड खोलकर देखना (reverse-engineer), बेचना, या इससे मिलता-जुलता या मुक़ाबले का ऐप बनाना मना है।
8. आपका कंटेंट
आपकी डाली कहानियाँ आपकी ही रहती हैं। डालकर आप हमें उन्हें ऐप की कम्युनिटी में दिखाने की अनुमति देते हैं। आप उन्हें कभी भी हटा सकते हैं।
9. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
ऐप "जैसा है वैसा" दिया जाता है। कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उस हद तक ऐप या उसके सुझावों के इस्तेमाल से हुए किसी सेहत के नतीजे, नुकसान या हानि की ज़िम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं है।
10. इस्तेमाल बंद करना
आप ऐप में सबसे नीचे से कभी भी अपना अकाउंट डिलीट कर सकते हैं। शर्तें तोड़ने वाले अकाउंट हम रोक सकते हैं।
11. कानून
ये शर्तें भारत के कानून के अनुसार हैं। कोई भी विवाद भारत की अदालतों में सुलझाया जाएगा।
12. बदलाव और संपर्क
